Today we'd just like to mention another birthday in Marie and Mikael Bolyos' family: Their daughter Josefin turns 17 today - happy birthday to her! :D

One year ago...

Hey!! :D Natta's writing again - sorry for many updates by me, but as Anki said there didn't happen very much (apart from school and such things)in her life these days. And I just couldn't help writing some lines today.

Because exactly one year ago (on April 28th 2009) I could attend my first concert ever: the one by Per Gessle @ Kaufleuten in Zurich. I don't know exactly what to tell about it... everything was just so great, for example...:

... sitting on the train to Zurich listening to Per and being aware of the fact that I was only because of him on this train… that I’d hear and see him tonight… this made me smile hehe.

... meeting other fans I had only known from the internet, so it was very nice to meet them in real too.

... the AWESOME standing room I got - more or less in the middle, in about the third row... AWESOME, I'd have never expected being allowed to stand so close to the stage! It was a very special feeling to stand so close to Per and the band and I think this also doesn't happen so often (what a pity!), so I'm really happy that I got this chance!

... the concert itself which was GREAT! Per did a wonderful job - also without his stage partner Marie Fredriksson :P Haha nooo, I'm just kidding, of course I had already known that before the concert. But as a bit a bigger fan of Marie it was still a bit special to join a concert by Per Gessle solo... but as I said it was damn cool!

... meeting the band after the concert. It felt pretty strange (but very cool!) to stand suddenly next to them! I was so surprised how friendly they were: they talked to us and everybody got his/her autograph. Unfortunately my CD booklet didn’t get Per’s autograph… because after having stood in the cold and rainy night for quite a long time we found out that Per had already left the location. As he wrote later on it wasn’t possible to meet each other somewhere in the location and outside it was quite cold, so the artist’s health had priority… although it was a bit a pity anyway… but for me it wasn’t as sad as if we had been waiting for Marie too and meeting the band was also very cool!

I think that’s everything about the concert. Afterwards we went home again and I didn’t sleep very much that night :P

Have a sunny evening and see you! /Natta.

Mild varm vår

Hey!! :D

What a nice idea of Anki to update our blog a bit, isn't it? This inspires me to blog a big too, although there isn't a lot to tell here either :P

Talking about the weather... Anki already mentioned that the weather was a bit different here in Switzerland and up there in Sweden and that can really be said again! On the day my dear Roxette-sister could see me sitting in a T-shirt and shorts on the balcony I was allowed to have a little look into a northern Swedish garden and I almost couldn't believe my eyes (okay I could, because I knew how much in the north Anki lived :P): Snow, everywhere snow! I really understand that she - and probably many other people up there too - is tired of the snow. I wouldn't want the snow back, although I've never complained about it during the winter. But now we have April and April means spring and spring doesn't mean snow in my opinion :P How shocked I was when we got some snow again in the beginning of April! But now I think we're over that - lately the thermometer showed around 20°C every day.

Some spring photos I took recently can be seen below. Maybe Anki could share some winter photos too? What a contrast that would be! xD

What’s on my mind otherwise? Well these days the rumour that Roxette would play in Germany was planted. I don’t really know what to think about this fact… of course it would be nice, because it’s about the only country apart from Switzerland where I could MAYBE go to to see them. But after our trip to Stuttgart, which actually didn’t take place so long ago, I’m no longer so sure whether Germany would be a real possibility for me. Shit, I just have to see them again! Well we’ll see what the future will bring… Germany is not yet sure at all either. But it’s possible… I mean after all the gigs in the north a concert in the south would be possible. Aaaah how I hate this uncertainty!!! Why can’t they mention all the gigs at the same time?? I mean if I knew that a certain concert was the last one I’d of course do everything to attend it, but I surely wouldn’t spend all my money to see them at the other side of the world and then they’d come near my home. But what if they didn’t come near my home? I could never forgive me for I didn’t gone to one of the concerts! Then I’d have never seen a full Roxette concert… and I’d have never met Marie (okay, that wouldn’t be sure after a concert either, but the chance to meet her there is surely much bigger than the one to meet her here in my village)… oh damn, I want a to know what’s what!

However… at least something else is for sure : That these days Roxette will go on with the vocals for the new album! And vocals means Marie, doesn’t it? I hope for some pictures or videos of their time in the studio, because with Marie everything is much more interesting to watch (at least for me :P)!

Okay, that’s it. Have a nice evening, dear readers! /Natta.

Never is a long time!

Hey!!! it's Anki here :D

it has not happened so much on this blog in a while :P so yeah, I thought it was about time to write a bit ;) not because I have something special to write...

Here in northern Sweden. so is the snow still remains. and I want summer NOW!!!! :D but no.... if we are lucky that the snow is gone in May. but it has happened that it will snow in June also. Shopping II.

Good evening,

it so happened that I went shopping too... I really needed a little shopping tour again (I realized that the last time I went shopping was somewhen in december 2009 - OMG last year, haha!)! So I went into town with many things I wanted to buy on my mind. What I bought in the end can be seen below:

Surprise, surprise, I bought a CD too. It wasn't really planned to buy one, but then I found this one for a very good price, so I couldn't resist - as so often when I'm in a record shop :P

c.l.o.t.h.e.s ;)

This blouse I just bought as an "alternative" (okay, nothing is a real alternative for the other wonderful piece of clothing :P ♥) for the white blouse on the left I actually wanted to buy, but which was unfortunately sold out everywhere. What a pity, I still want it! :P

Btw: New ring too ;)

And another piece of jewellery... isn't it beautiful? It was the last one, so I just had to buy it!

Note: Everything (apart from the CD of course) is from H&M.

Okay, that's it, I think. Have a nice evening and call me if you have this white blouse and don't need it anymore haha! /Natta.

This I found when I was in Luleå! :)

Yeah, it was all from me now! ;)
Rox on, see you next time! / Anki!

He & His Birthday

Hey!! :D

Natta is writing again, but don't worry, this time I won't write as much as I wrote the last times :P

I just couldn't help writing some lines about Mikael Bolyos' (one of the musicians I like and husband of our dear Marie Fredriksson ;))birthday which is today. Okay, you may say that his birthday won't change a lot in my daily life and actually it really doesn't... but in a way it feels a bit special anyway when it's a famous person you like's birthday. So yeah... happy birthday to him!
I already congratulated him on Facebook (how nice to be friends there, I think!) this morning and now I'm waiting for a reaction. I hope there will come one, because I attached a portrait I drew of him... so you can imagine how nice it would be to know what he thinks about my work! ;) We'll see, first he should enjoy his day now, I think.

I think I'll go and benefit a bit from this wonderful day too. It's almost too beautiful to sit in front of the laptop, so I think I'll go for a little walk soon.

Have a sunny afternoon and see you! / Natta.

Yeah, now I have seen Roxette live on German-internet-page ;)

Hey!!!
Anki here again!! :D

Yes! as you can see, my Roxettesister written about her Easter weekend. and it feels like I should do it. but I have not done much. ;) was with my cousin all the time :D lol! and we have had fun with the webcam xD and yes. bought my Easter candy on Thursdays. and yes, mom pay and I pick :D (y)

Yes, and today say my Roxettesister that they will send NOTP live tonight at seven. (German and Swedish time) so yes. Now I sit and listen to some music from NOTP xD think Roxette is clear there. read that they had played a song yesterday. and played three tonight... so yes they are enough clear there ;) But it was wonderful to see them live again :D almost a year since I saw them!

No I have not much more to say. as I said, not done much in the weekend and yes. Roxette was the best tonight as usual ;) hehe. On Wednesday, I and my cousin go to a town called Luleå. we are going there and buy clothes and so :D (y) and on Friday I go with dad and family up to the mountains xD ;)

Yeah, see you!! =) ♥ / Anki

Easter according to me

Hey!! :D

Have you all spent a nice Easter weekend?

I have, I think - particularly yesterday was very nice(the other days we didn't really celebrate Easter very much ;)). My family met at my aunt and my uncle's house where we enjoyed a great and funny day with a wonderful Easter meal.

Some pictures can be watched below:

Our Easter table which looked very nice, I think.

The Easter cake... but with chocolate and not with carrots :P

I got this Easter egg from my aunt and my uncle... isn't it sweet? ;D

... some say love it is a flower...
This picture actually doesn't have a lot to do with Easter, but I discovered this nice rose in front of this blue wall (I love the blue of this wall!) in my relative's house and I couldn't help taking a photo of it ;)

And last but not least a photo of the best chocolate bunny I've ever had ;)

After having spent this nice day with the family we almost had to hurry up a little. I knew that Deluxe Music would broadcast the "Night of the Proms 2009" tonight... and first it seemed as if we'd stay at my aunt and my uncle's house to watch it, but then we decided to go home and watch it there. I was a bit frightened that I would miss the most important three minutes (yes, I'm talking about Roxette's performance ;)), but luckily we arrived more or less on time and I could enjoy "Wish I Could Fly". God, what a feeling! Immediately I had to remember the night in Stuttgart... I thought I'd die when Marie Fredriksson appeared with this chair on stage... you see I'm on cloud #9 again... and I think I won't come down tonight, because soon Deluxe Music will broadcast the last part of the "Night of the Proms"... with three Roxette-songs!!! :D ♥

Therefore I'll stop writing now, I think. I should take a shower before 19.00, because right after the "Night of the Proms" I'll watch a German film called "Keinohrhasen". I saw it at the cinema a while ago and it was so great that I absolutely want to watch it again.

Okay then... enjoy your evening as much as I'll enjoy mine and see you!! / Natta.

Happy Easter!

The title says it: We'd like to wish everyone a very Happy Easter! :D

Another day, another story

Hey from me too!! :D

Curious to know a bit more about the other Roxette-sister too? Okay, here we go:
As you’ve probably seen my name is Natta. I’m two years older than Anki and I live a bit more in the south, namely in a pretty small country called Switzerland.

That’s a bit something about me... but I’m sure after having read Anki’s nice fan-story you’re interested in mine as well. I’ll try to sum it up:
Actually I have to start my story with the year 2002, because then Roxette released a song called “A Thing About You”. At that time I started to be interested in music and so I begun to watch music television. And one fine day this music television broadcasted the videoclip to “A Thing About You”. Immediately I fell in love with the song and the video. I showed the video clip to my mother who knew the band and who said that she had heard that their singer Marie Fredriksson (with whom I was immediately taken) suffered from cancer. But we didn’t know whether she was still suffering from it or whether she had been ill once in the past. Today I know that she has still been suffering from it in 2002 and that they had to make a break because of that. I think that’s the reason why I somehow “forgot” Roxette again. Well they had never really disappeared from my life, I just wasn’t aware of them being in my life. Because a bit later on it happened that I bought two CDs with lovesongs (I love lovesongs!) and accidently every CD contained a Roxette song – “It Must Have Been Love” and “Fading Like A Flower (Every Time You Leave)”. I fell in love with these two songs and listened to them in the repeat-modus, but I couldn’t remember that they were sung by the same group who sung “A Thing About You”.
In September 2006 my father created an iTunes-Account and there I was looking for some songs I’d always wanted, but I’d never bought. "A Thing About You" was one of them and I remembered this beautiful song. So I listened to it on iTunes again and planned to buy it there. But then I found Roxette’s greatest hits album "Collection of Roxette Hits”, listened 30 seconds of every song and was surprised how many songs of it I knew from the radio. So I decided to buy the “real” CD (not the one on iTunes) and I LOVED all the songs of it. And because I was so sold on their greatest hits album, I wanted to get more songs by Roxette. For Christmas I got “The Roxbox” with a lot of other songs and information about Roxette. This was the beginning of collecting all I could get of Roxette. And the more songs, facts and pictures I got to know, the more I became a fan.

Meanwhile I’m a veeery big fan of Roxette and particularly of Marie Fredriksson and I’m also interested in the projects in which Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle are involved.

Just like Anki I could join some concerts too: Per Gessle’s on April 28th 2009 and Roxette’s appearance at the “Night Of The Proms” on December 3rd 2009. This year I unfortunately won’t see Roxette... no money to travel so far. But I hope that one day I’ll get another chance to see the two of them on stage again!

That’s it. Even a bit a longer story than Anki’s, but well :P

Have a nice Easter Saturday and see you! / Natta.

Btw: My first blog entry ever! ;)

fredag 2 april 2010

In this way, was I Anki. a fan of the best band ever.ROXETTE! :D

Hey!! :D

yeah, my name is Anki. and I'm a girl on 17 yeas how lives in Northern Sweden :D
I become a fan of, Per first. me and my friend had nothing to do a winter day in January (I think it was) so we would go and check out what my mother had different album :) and then I found Mazarin by Per :D it was pretty new! and the year was in 2003. and we begin to listen to it. and I just loved the song number 11 :D (y) All right. of course all the songs are good in their own way now:) but yes! the song was the one that I liked then :D and then I got told that I would go to Stockholm and see PER GESSLE! 12th August 2003. when I stood on my first concert with this wonderful man <3 :*

After that I and my friend started read more about Per and when we read that he played in a band called Gyllene Tider and then with someone named Marie Fredriksson, he has a band called Roxette. I started listening to the Gyllene Tider because I found an album that Mom had with them. and of course so they completely wonderful. in which the band :D and then we started listening to Roxette. after that my friend found the album "Have a Nice Day" which was her mothers. and then she took it and we start listening. and yes! and seven years later, I love them as much if not more :DD <3

These times have I seen Per live: 12th August 2003. 14th August 2004. 21 June 2007. 10th May 2009 :D :* <333
and I'll see ROXETTE LIVE IN 14:TH AUGUST 2010 :DD <3
